The 4th Wall: Making the Invisible Visible was hosted by the Michaëlle Jean Foundation in partnership with R.I.S.E. Edutainment and the Luminato Festival. Held at the CEE Centre for Young Black Professionals, the 4th Wall: Making the Invisible Visible amplified the voices of young artists from the Scarborough community.
Inspired by the visit of Little Amal, a 12-foot puppet symbolizing human rights of refugees, the program featured artistic expressions and a community dialogue hosted by Randell Adjei, on the themes of displacement and belonging. The community discussion was captured by muralists Amir Akbari, founder of Behind the Line, and Leyland Adams, who worked with young artists from the Scarborough community to create this legacy artwork.
